Online Support Center. Available for free to all customers, this option allows customers to search online help, knowledge base, discussion groups, and other articles.
E-mail support. Available to all customers that purchased basic support, this option allows customers to submit questions and issues electronically.
Phone support. Available to all customers that purchased premium support, this option gives customers ability to call tier-1 and tier-2 support directly.
