TeraNext offers several support options.

  • Online Support Center. Available for free to all customers, this option allows customers to search online help, knowledge base, discussion groups, and other articles.


  • E-mail support. Available to all customers that purchased basic support, this option allows customers to submit questions and issues electronically.


  • Phone support. Available to all customers that purchased premium support, this option gives customers ability to call tier-1 and tier-2 support directly.
